Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying here was a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, plus there's a useful booklet available. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is fantastic, close to the town center, and with beautiful landscape views. The dining options were excellent value for money, setting me up well for the day.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, a very nice stay, with a fine bathroom and a decent shower. The breakfast is delicious, but having only a shower can be challenging, especially for a 2-year-old.
The hotel is located on a fairly busy road on a hill but within easy reach of the city center. The rooms, while pleasant and well decorated, can be noisy due to their proximity to the dining room and front door. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, providing valuable local knowledge. The dining experience is top-notch, with delicious and varied meals. The location is convenient, though up a steep hill from Bath.
